Quidi Vidi Picnics
Great Food, Great Cause......

We invite you and yours to enjoy a unique experience this summer on the shores of one of St. John's most scenic
and historic treasures, Quidi Vidi Lake.

Quidi Vidi Picnics is a social enterprise partnership between the Community Centre Alliance and one of our city's finest food establishments, The Epicurean Kitchen.

Chef Carolyn Power has created a unique menu of gourmet picnic meals for picnickers to enjoy, the likes of which you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else in these parts.

Our social enterprise will give youth a chance to get some valuable work experience by helping to operate the business over the summer out of the kiosk on the Boulevard side of the lake.

Choose from 4 exquisite picnic baskets, featuring:

  1. Italian Cuisine Basket

  2. French Cuisine Basket

  3. Spanish Cuisine Basket

  4. Southeast Asian Cuisine Basket

Each with its own mouth-watering dessert and Carolyn's special brew of minted iced tea.

Picnics will be pre-ordered by calling 726-8681 (major credit cards accepted), or by completing the order form by CLICKING HERE.

Cost:
$20 for one person
$37 for two people
$15 for each additional person
$8 per child
(taxes included)

Pre-orders can be adjusted to accommodate specific dietary needs.

Daily sandwiches, salads, sweets, juices, water and minted iced tea will also be available for sale at the kiosk.
